How much does part-time registration cost?
The same as full-time registration. Part-time registration refers to the time taken to complete the thesis. It does not affect the price.

I have a DEA or my research aptitude has been recognised. Can I continue with my doctorate?
No, you can't. You must apply for a doctoral programme regulated by RD 99/2011 and indicate in your pre-registration that you want to adapt your studies to a RD 99/2011 doctoral programme.

For how many academic years must I have been registered before I can defend my thesis?
The minimum duration of doctoral studies is two years. Therefore, to initiate proceedings for the defence of the thesis, you must have been enrolled in at least two academic years and have been favourably evaluated at least twice.

Do I have to register every academic year to do the doctorate?
Yes, according to the academic calendar, you must register every academic year from the date of admission to when you deposit your thesis.

I am a doctoral student studying a pre-RD99/2011 degree. When is the deadline for defending my thesis?
If you began your doctoral studies at the URV during or before the 2010-11 academic year, you have to defend your thesis before 11 February 2016.
If you began your doctoral studies at the URV during the 2011-12 academic year, you can defend your thesis until 29 September 2017.

Yes, you have to present the DAD and the Research Plan every academic year according to the assessment calendar.
