- Introduction and objectives
The main objective of this doctoral programme is to train the students to carry out high-quality research in the fields of Oenology and Biotechnology.
- Entry profile
The recommended entry profile for the doctoral programme is a student with a Bachelor's degree in scientific-technical fields (biotechnology, oenology, food science and technology, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine...) and with a Master's degree in oenology, fermented beverages, food, or related topics. It is required, at least, an English level comparable to B2 which enables students to read international publications, write international papers, as well as to attend and participate in international conferences. It is recommended as a previous skill to have experience of work in the laboratory.
