Professor of the program. I am an associate professor in the field of human resource management, organisational behaviour, organisational psychology and qualitative methodologies. With degrees both Business Management (URV) and Psychology (UB), my hybrid profile allows for the integration of knowledge of both disciplines in research in order to improve the study of human behaviour in organisations. My research is centred in social identity and its multiple manifestations: professional, culture, consumer, chronical patients and expatriates.
