Professor of the program. My research is in the fields of human resource management, organisational behaviour and consumer behaviour. My focus is on the study of HR implementation as well as of the roles of agents with HR responsibilities (line and top managers, HR departments, outsourced HR agencies). I also carry out research about various topics on education, such as university students' plagiarism. I'm interested in supervising theses on a full-time basis and with the international mention.
