Professor of the program. I carry out research in the areas of marketing and consumer behaviour. More specifically, my main research line focuses on how we behave while waiting for service. I also have a keen interest in Consumer Culture Theory and in Creative Arts Marketing (especially in the music industry). I tend to be attracted by research questions which require a qualitative approach. I have a preference for supervising full-time doctoral students with an international focus.
